The 2nd Quarter contest is all about liberty. Your submission must include the central theme of liberty/liberation. A person, an entire culture, the spirit--whatever sense of liberty that inspires you. ALL genres are eligible. Here are the other criteria:
 
Between 2,000 - 6,000 words
Any genre (make sure you hit the theme)
